Course Description

The course provides learners with a solid understanding of projects portfolio and risk and how to manage it. It looks at risk from different perspectives and analyses the possibilities for managing it in each situation. It focuses primarily on operational, project, and reputation risk management. Students will also learn to make a clear distinction between strategic and operational Portfolio Management with the inclusion of strategic framework analysis, in-depth discussions regarding the selection of tools, decision methods, reporting metrics, e It also exposes students to identify their specialization areas in Projects Management to become experts in those areas.

At the end of the course, students shall be able to:
