Description
This course is concerned with the decisions and process by which managers and executives choose strategies, plans and options to maximize corporate objectives. The concept of a ‘strategy’ in business raises the decision function beyond the mundane and routine. This course therefore seeks to expose subjects to the various business strategies to enhance their competitive advantage, strategic planning skills and business level strategy and leadership skills.
