ADVANCED RESEARCH METHODS(G2)

The Introduction to Social Science Research and quantitative research methods module introduces learners to the field of social science research. As the first research module, it introduces specific requirements of scholarly writing at the doctoral level. The module then examines in depth the research process and introduces learners to the various aspects of doing scientific research with a specific focus on quantitative methodology, providing practical advice and insight in the field of business. Topics covered include scholarly writing, problem statement development, research question/hypothesis formulation and theory synthesis, data collection techniques, and data analyses methodologies.
