The course is intended to equip students with the necessary skills for proper management of essential documents, data and records used within organization. This will enable students to correctly align to the needs of the business and also ensures that everyone uses and follows the correct policies and procedures to ensure consistency and control of output. Additionally, students would developed the competencies to set up procedures to control all the documents and data  and record related to the organization, including procedures to control the creation, storage, distribution, retention and destruction of documents and data.
