Course Description
This course focuses on individual behaviour and group dynamics in organizational settings. A good understanding of the theory of human relation in organizations is indispensable in today’s world of work. This course explains the concepts and theories that enhance management and human behaviour in the organization setting for the achievement of organisational objectives. The study of Motivation at work, Interpersonal communication, Work teams and group, Conflict and Negotiation is meant to ensure a harmonious working relationship and co-existent within the organization.
