Course Description
The aims of this course is to introduce the basic concepts E-business that will anticipate and cope with dynamic change during E-Business implementation. The will enable students to familiarize on how to order items like books online and also introduce them to the basic concepts of e-payment and its risks. The concept of customer relationship management will be enhanced in this course as well as the Legal, ethical and social issues in E-business.

On successful completion of this module, the student will be able to :
